The processing time for orders typically ranges from 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. For urgent requests, please contact us directly to discuss expedited options.

Yes, orders for ID cards must be placed by authorized personnel only, such as HR representatives or department heads. Individual employees cannot place orders directly.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

You can pay for your order by visiting our High Grade Solutions branches for cash payments or by making a bank transfer. For bank transfers, please email us the deposit slip or transaction screenshot after completing the payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments through a payment gateway or cash on delivery.
